Culture and Skills: Excellence, quality, action driven, responsibility ; Project management methodology and skills

Quality Management : Well defined responsibilities and cross-functional processes

Ownership and Organization : Level of management; products/lines; initiation to completion

Centralize the Technical Capabilities: Transform skills to advanced technologies ; Build a dedicated SW group with experienced management and well defined practice

Integrated IT-based R&D Management Process: A coherent cross-functional, IT-based methodology needs to be established given the complexity, dynamics and the many constraints imposed on the R&D organization ; Specifically, realign and further establish the capabilities and tools for Project Management, SW Development and PLM, ensuring integration with the ERP system.
