He was the Business and Operational Development leader of the Guardium Program, an IAI robotic Unmanned Ground Vehicle UGV concept for Homeland Security Application.
Tal served as a transport pilot in the Israeli Air Force.

Marc Gerstein Associates

Dr. Marc Gerstein ,CEO of Marc Gerstein Associates, has taught and held research positions at Columbia Business School, Sloan, and McGill University. Dr. Gerstein's expertise focuses on fostering innovation, risk management issues, organization design of complex enterprises, and the strategic role and organizational impact of information technology. He is the author of three books, and his work on strategy and organizational dynamics has been published by the Sloan Management Review, the Journal of Business Strategy, People & Strategy, and Stanford University, among others. He currently heads Marc Gerstein Associates, Ltd., a management consulting firm, and is President of the Organization Design Forum, a professional organization.
Marc Gerstein holds a Masters and Ph.D. in Management from the Sloan School of Management, MIT.

Dr. Yossi Lichtenstein

Dr. Lichtenstein is currently a lecturer at the School of Business at the College of Management Academic Studies. He has previously been a research staff member at IBM Research and a lecturer at the MIS department UCD Ireland.
Dr. Lichtenstein is the co-author of “Looking for the Locus of Innovation in New Service Development.
Although a worldwide class specialist of Innovation Management, he has expertise in the fields of Information Systems and IT projects.

Dr. Paul Devine

A seasoned executive consultant, working closely with clients from different industries. First class academic record and business experience gained across a wide range of organizations, both in Europe and the US. Accustomed to working at all organizational levels, comfortable communicating complex issues and concepts to specialist and non-specialist audiences and enjoys working across technology and business divides.

Paul has innovated technology and services within major consultancies, including PwC in New York, Softwright, Sefton and Tubedale Communications in the UK. Working with clients, Paul lead the definition of e-business strategies, created new processes in public and private sector operations, provided technology roadmaps and guided change management projects.

Dr Paul Devine holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Liverpool University, analyzing and modeling complex adaptive systems, and a B.Sc. (Hons.) Class I in Computer Science from Liverpool University.
