Workshops and Forums
- "From theory to practice": delivering tailored workshops in which organizations are exposed to state of the art concepts in innovation and collaboration, tackle organizational challenges in these domains and set the first steps in a practical action plan for moving forward. These workshops are an excellent opportunity for organizations to create a rapid link between advanced management concepts and practical corporate interests
- Establish and coordinate innovation long-term forums and communities of practice as essential mechanisms for the development and wide distribution of innovation skills. We developed and facilitated new innovation communities in large corporations and established the Israeli Innovation Forum.
